It is both exciting and humbling to be recognized on the 2021 Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces list. As I wrote earlier this year, when we were named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work (2021), it is especially meaningful to be recognized during a time in which we have all been challenged and stretched in so many ways.
I’m incredibly grateful and motivated by the hard work of the entire 3Q team – credit is due to all 3Qers for being recognized through this award. Building a great culture and supporting an increasingly diverse, fully remote (soon to be hybrid) workforce requires a lot of thought and intention – not just by our People and Leadership teams, but by every person in the organization.
But it’s also humbling, because we know there is still much work to be done. Building a great place to work is a never-ending journey, and at 3Q, it is driven by our core values:
Accept No Limits: We believe that whatever we are doing, even when successful, we can do better. While Best Places to Work awards and high eNPS results show that we’re doing a lot right, we are constantly seeking feedback from our team through surveys and check-ins to understand where we can do better. We are excited to be launching ERGs this year that will help us further understand our blind spots and guide us in making 3Q even more inclusive.
