Explain what you do at 3Q in sentences or fewer:

I’m a Senior Account Manager. I drive paid social strategy, execution, measurement, and optimizations, and I identify growth opportunities both at a Global and regional level. The shorter version? I’m that nerd in the background who’s serving you relevant Facebook ads.

What are some personal tips/tricks you have for working from home?

Don’t be afraid to give yourself a quick break. Whether it’s going for a quick walk around the block, changing a load of laundry, or even playing fetch in the backyard, a quick 10 minutes away from the computer can do wonders to help you refocus and stay motivated.

What’s one marketing lesson you wished you had learned earlier?

Proactive listening is essential. It’s the key to success on identifying greater goals outside of KPIs pushing a program’s growth.

What’s something that makes your office cooler than the other 3Q offics?

Our bond. Even though Denver is one of the smaller offices, we have a unique relationship. We’re all more than just coworkers; we’re friends. We all enjoy spending time together both in and outside the office and are always joking around.
