I would like to use the data from Fileside in different computer. In this case should I extract the files using the fileside or should I install the fileside to the other computer?

I think the question may be a little bit too broad, but it is easy to answer.

You can do many things, but you need to decide what to install. The simplest approach would be to make an archive of the directory you want, then copy the contents from that directory to the new computer.

You can use the batch command, which is usually found in the ‘administrator’ section of’settings’ on the right side of your file browser panel.

If you want to save some time, you can use ‘nautilus-sendto’ to create an archive of any directory on the local computer, then copy the resulting file to the hard drive of the new computer.

if you are using linux you will want to use a terminal to perform this task:
cd yourfilesidedirectory
(mv *.*.backup.tgz)
